In Switzerland, all deliveries are delivered by Swiss Post. International deliveries are also delivered by Swiss Post and its local partners.

As Switzerland is not part of the European Union (EU), international deliveries might incur a VAT fee and/or additional handling charges while undergoing customs inspection in the recieving country. These fees are to be paid by the recipient and can not be influenced by us.

Delivery by courier (DHL, Fedex, DPD, etc.) is only possible upon request and is not offered directly in the store.
